i love things made of driftwood, but i have to admit i find something a bit sorrowful in this. maybe it's the dark wall behind...very cool, tho', because it gives a new twist to the notion of a wreath.
you two are so creative. lovin the wreath! we just saw your comment about the farmers marker--with the weird weather and us being gone for a week it's been kind of on and off; still working out detials. aaron says they will for sure be there on saturday (they are thinking of switching it to once a week) if you care to venture down again!
hopefully you and katie can go on a couples date with me and martin in the future! not in a fancy restaurant though, we'll have our coffee out in the wild with a view! =D
the pictures you liked on my blog, guess what, they're from the city in norway we're moving to! went there on a trip recently to look at an appartement and such. the pictures are "analogue photos made digital". so glad you liked the place as much as I, come visit some time!
and on farmer's markets... LAIE has it's very own now set up by HRI. not sure when it is. and then there's ErinandAaron's in Kahuku. don't know the exact name, location, or days/times.
what a lovely wreath! driftwood really is beautiful. about my moss and pine branch decoration experiment - the moss is semi-dead (the decoration placed near the cold window sill less dead) but the pine branches are still doing well : )

This wreath is so simple and lovely-if I had access to driftwood I would try this in an instant!

Love it. I'm not feeling Christmas yet this year, but I think a DIY project might help get me in the mood.
